Ψηφίστηκε με 177 ψήφους η τροπολογία για την τρίμηνη αναστολή υποβολής αιτήσεων ασύλου

Με ψήφους 177 υπέρ ψηφίστηκε από την Ολομέλεια της Βουλής, η υπουργική τροπολογία για την αναστολή της υποβολής αιτήσεων χορήγησης ασύλου από άτομα που εισέρχονται στη χώρα παράνομα με οποιοδήποτε πλωτό μέσο που προέρχεται από τη Βόρεια Αφρική. Η τροπολογία, προβλέπει επίσης ότι τα άτομα αυτά επιστρέφονται, χωρίς καταγραφή, στη χώρα προέλευσης ή καταγωγής. Η ρύθμιση έχει διάρκεια τριών μηνών, ενώ με Πράξη Υπουργικού Συμβουλίου το χρονικό διάστημα αυτό, δύναται να συντέμνεται.

 

Κατά την ονομαστική ψηφοφορία, η οποία διεξήχθη κατόπιν αιτήματος του ΚΚΕ, ψήφισαν συνολικά 293 βουλευτές, εκ των οποίων οι 177 βουλευτές ψήφισαν υπέρ, οι 74 κατά και 42 βουλευτές ψήφισαν «παρών»
