Στη φυλακή ο 36χρονος που ερευνάται για κατασκοπεία στη Σούδα - Καταδικάστηκε σε φυλάκιση 2 ετών για παράνομη είσοδο και παραμονή στη χώρα

Ποινή φυλάκισης 2 ετών και χρηματική ποινή 5 χιλιάδες ευρώ επέβαλε το Αυτόφωρο Μονομελές στον 36χρονο Γεωργιανό που ερευνάται για κατασκοπεία στη Σούδα. Το δικαστήριο έκρινε ένοχο τον κατηγορούμενο για παράνομη είσοδο και παραμονή στη χώρα.

 

Ο αλλοδαπός στην απολογία του, που δόθηκε με τη βοήθεια μεταφράστριας, δήλωσε οδηγός νταλίκας.

 

Ο Γεωργιανός οδηγείται στη φυλακή αφού το δικαστήριο δεν όρισε δυνατότητα αναστολής στην έφεση.
