Ο Μαλφιτάνο επικεφαλής στο τμήμα σκάουτινγκ του Ριμπάλτα

Ο Χαβιέρ Ριμπάλτα υλοποιεί μια συνολική αναδιάρθρωση στο τμήμα σκάουτινγκ της ΑΕΚ, φέρνοντας δομικές αλλαγές και νέα πρόσωπα.

 

Η σημαντικότερη κίνηση είναι η τοποθέτηση του Ονόφριο Ρομπέρτο Μαλφιτάνο στη θέση του Head of Scouting (επικεφαλής του τμήματος σκάουτινγκ).

 

Ο Ριμπάλτα τον εμπιστεύεται απόλυτα, καθώς τον έχει συνεργάτη σχεδόν σε κάθε ομάδα όπου εργάστηκε: Μαρσέιγ, Πάρμα, Γιουβέντους και Ζενίτ. Ο Μαλφιτάνο, με εμπειρία στη Μαρσέιγ από το 2023 έως το 2025, όπου και αποχώρησε τον Νοέμβριο, αναλαμβάνει τον κεντρικό ρόλο στη νέα δομή.

 

Παράλληλα, ο Ιταλός Αλέσιο Έκα ενισχύει την ανάλυση δεδομένων της ομάδας ως Recruitment Data Scientist. Την τριάδα συμπληρώνει ο Φραντσέσκο Πανφίλι, νέος σκάουτ με πλούσια διαδρομή σε Περούτζια, Ιμολέζε, Γκεζτέπε, Λάτσιο και Ρετζιάνα.
