Ξανά ατομικό ο Βέλεθ στον Άρη

Η πρώτη προπόνηση του Άρη μετά το Πάσχα έγινε το απόγευμα της Τρίτης στο Δασυγένειο. Το πρόγραμμα της ημέρας περιλάμβανε ενεργοποίηση, ασκήσεις συναρμογής, ασκήσεις δύναμης κορμού, rondo game και παιχνίδι κατοχής μπάλας από τον Άκη Μάντζιο.

Ο Φραν Βέλεθ συνέχισε το ατομικό του πρόγραμμα.

Για την Τετάρτη, έχει προγραμματιστεί πρωινή προπόνηση στο «Κλεάνθης Βικελίδης».
