Δίκη για τα Τέμπη: Δεκτή η δήλωση αποχής της προέδρου στη δίκη για τα βίντεο - Αναβάλλεται επ΄ αόριστον η εκδίκαση

Δεκτή έκανε το Δικαστικό Συμβούλιο τη δήλωση αποχής που υπέβαλε σήμερα η πρόεδρος του Μονομελούς Πλημμελειοδικείου Λάρισας που εκδικάζει την υπόθεση σχετικά με τη διαχείριση του βιντεοληπτικού υλικού της εμπορικής αμαξοστοιχίας.

 

Λίγο μετά τις 8 το απόγευμα ο αναπληρωτής πρόεδρος ανέβηκε στην έδρα και ανακοίνωσε πως έγινε δεκτή η δήλωση αποχής και το δικαστήριο αναβάλλει αορίστως (την εκδίκαση).

 

Η πρόταση της εισαγγελέα της έδρας ήταν η συνέχεια της δίκης από την αρχή με τον αναπληρωτή πρόεδρο.

 

Κατηγορούμενοι στην υπόθεση είναι ένας πρώην πρόεδρος του ΟΣΕ, ένας πρώην διευθύνων σύμβουλος του ΟΣΕ και ο νόμιμος εκπρόσωπος της Interstar Security, της εταιρείας που έχει αναλάβει τη φύλαξη και βιντεοεπιτήρηση του σιδηροδρομικού δικτύου του ΟΣΕ από το 2017. Τα αδικήματα για τα οποία κατηγορούνται είναι η υπεξαγωγή εγγράφων κατ' εξακολούθηση και απείθεια (το στέλεχος της Interstar), η ηθική αυτουργία σε υπεξαγωγή εγγράφων άπαξ και κατ' εξακολούθηση και η ηθική αυτουργία στην απείθεια (ο πρώην διευθύνων σύμβουλος του ΟΣΕ 2023-2025) και η ηθική αυτουργία σε υπεξαγωγή εγγράφων (ο πρόεδρος του ΟΣΕ την 28η Φεβρουαρίου του 2023).
