Άρης: Ίωση για Σίστο και Κουάισον

 

Στο Δασυγένειο Αθλητικό Κέντρο προπονήθηκαν σήμερα (14/04) το μεσημέρι οι ποδοσφαιριστές του Άρη.

Στην προπόνηση της Μ. Δευτέρας, οι Ρόμπιν Κουάισον και Πιονέ Σίστο δεν συμμετείχαν στο πρόγραμμα, καθώς αμφότεροι ταλαιπωρούνται από ίωση.

 

 

Οι ποδοσφαιριστές των «κίτρινων» χωρίστηκαν σε δύο γκρουπ (αποκατάσταση για το πρώτο, ενεργοποίηση με passing game, rondo game και παιχνίδια σε μικρό χώρο για το δεύτερο γκρουπ).

Αύριο, Μ. Τρίτη, το πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει πρωινή προπόνηση στο «Δασυγένειο».
