Ο Πούτιν απαγορεύει τις εξαγωγές ρωσικού πετρελαίου σε κράτη που υιοθέτησαν το πλαφόν

Ο πρόεδρος της Ρωσίας Βλαντίμιρ Πούτιν υπέγραψε σήμερα διάταγμα με το οποίο απαγορεύει τις εξαγωγές πετρελαίου και παραγώγων του σε κράτη που υιοθέτησαν το πλαφόν στην τιμή -- το οποίο επέβαλαν η G7, η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση και η Αυστραλία.

Το μέτρο θα ισχύσει από την 1η Φεβρουαρίου μέχρι την 1η Ιουλίου 2023.

Το έλλειμμα στον προϋπολογισμό της Ρωσίας το 2023 μπορεί να είναι μεγαλύτερο από το προβλεπόμενο 2%, καθώς το πλαφόν στην τιμή του ρωσικού πετρελαίου αναμένεται να συρρικνώσει τα έσοδα από τις εξαγωγές, είχε δηλώσει νωρίτερα ο υπουργός Οικονομικών Αντόν Σιλουάνοφ.

Στις 9 Δεκεμβρίου, ο πρόεδρος Πούτιν είχε χαρακτηρίσει «ανόητη» την επιβολή πλαφόν, λέγοντας πως το ανώτατο όριο των 60 δολαρίων το βαρέλι ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή στην οποία πουλά ήδη η Ρωσία.

Την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα, η Μόσχα γνωστοποίησε ότι η επιβολή πλαφόν ενδέχεται να την οδηγήσει σε απόφαση για μείωση της παραγωγής πετρελαίου κατά 5%-7% στις αρχές της επόμενης χρονιάς.
